The general written about here takes time off from war to teach at a very prestigous military school. The rules of the Army of the United States have now changed, and the way soldiers rise in rank is by killing other soldiers of higher rank. There are even different rules in this school for boys, that are going on to be killers of other soldiers (on thier own side)
